"Nel futuro si eliminerà l’anima per mezzo di farmaci. Con il pretesto di un‘punto di vista salutare’ si troverà un vaccino mediante il quale l’organismo umano verrà trattato - quanto prima possibile, eventualmente direttamente alla nascita - in modo tale che l’essere umano non possa sviluppare il pensiero dell’esistenza di anima e spirito. Verrà affidato ai medici materialisti il compito di eliminare l’anima dall’umanità.
Come oggi si vaccinano le persone contro questa o quella malattia, così in futuro si vaccineranno i bambini con una sostanza che potrà essere prodotta precisamente in modo tale che le persone, grazie a questa vaccinazione, saranno immuni dall’essere soggetti alla ‘follia’ della vita spirituale.
Esistono sostanze che, se si iniettassero nel bambino in età scolare, gli potrebbero consentire di non frequentare le elementari, solo che il suo pensiero diverrebbe quello di un automa. Egli sarebbe estremamente intelligente ma non svilupperebbe una coscienza e questo è il vero obiettivo di determinati circoli materialisti.
Questo in effetti è possibile, ma ciò rende l'uomo un automa. Con un tale vaccino si potrebbe facilmente far in modo che il corpo eterico si allenti all’interno del corpo fisico. Una volta allentato il corpo eterico, il rapporto tra l'universo e il corpo eterico diverrebbe estremamente instabile e l’uomo diventerebbe un automa, in quanto il corpo fisico dell'uomo deve essere educato su questa terra per mezzo di una volontà spirituale.
Ad esempio la vaccinazione antivaiolosa non ha effetti negativi se la persona viene educata antroposoficamente; fa male solo a chi cresce con pensieri materialistici. Allora il vaccino diviene una specie di forza ahrimanica; l'uomo non può più liberarsi da un determinato sentire materialista. (...)

En de tijd zal komen, misschien in een helemaal niet zo verre toekomst, waar op een dergelijk congres zoals die plaatsvond in 1912, nog heel wat anders ontwikkeld zal worden, waar nog heel andere tendensen zullen optreden, waar men zal zeggen: “Het is nu al pathologisch bij de mens, als hij sowieso aan geest en ziel denkt. Gezond zijn alleen die mensen, die alleen maar van het lichamelijke spreken.”
Men zal het als een symptoom van ziekte aanzien, wanneer de mens zich zo ontwikkelt, dat hij op het begrip kan komen: Er bestaat zoiets als een geest of een ziel.- Dat zullen zieke mensen zijn. En men zal – daar kunt u heel zeker van zijn – het juiste geneesmiddel vinden, waardoor men dat kan aanpakken. Destijds schafte men de geest af (13). De ziel zal men afschaffen door middel van een geneesmiddel. Men zal vanuit een “gezonde opvatting” een entstof vinden, waardoor het organisme zo bewerkt wordt zo mogelijk al in de vroegste jeugd, zo mogelijk direct na de geboorte, zodat dit menselijke lichaam niet op de gedachte komt: Er is een ziel en een geest.- Zo scherp zullen de twee wereldbeschouwingen tegenover elkaar staan. De ene zal na te denken hebben, hoe begrippen en voorstellingen te ontwikkelen zijn, zodat ze aan de realiteit van geest en ziel aangepast zijn. De anderen, de opvolgers van de huidige materialisten, zullen de inentingsstof zoeken, die het lichaam “gezond” maakt, dat wil zeggen zo maakt dat dit lichaam door zijn constitutie niet meer van zulke dwaze dingen spreekt zoals ziel en geest, maar “gezond” spreekt over de krachten, die in machines en chemie leven, die in de wereldnevel planeten en zonnen konstrueren. Dat zal men door lichamelijke procedures bewerkstelligen. Aan de materialistische medici zal men het overlaten, de zielen uit te drijven uit de mensheid. (13)

„Die Seele wird man abschaffen durch ein Arzneimittel. Man wird aus einer „gesunden Anschauung“ heraus einen Impfstoff finden, durch den der Organismus so bearbeitet wird in möglichst früher Jugend, möglichst gleich bei der Geburt, daß dieser menschliche Leib nicht zu dem Gedanken kommt: Es gibt eine Seele und einen Geist. – So scharf werden sich die beiden Weltanschauungsströmungen gegenübertreten.
Die eine wird nachzudenken haben, wie Begriffe und Vorstellungen auszubilden sind, damit sie der realen Wirklichkeit, de r Geist- und Seelenwirklichkeit gewachsen sind. Die andern, die Nachfolger der heutigen Materialisten, werden den Impfstoff suchen, der den Körper „gesund“ macht, das heißt so macht, daß dieser Körper durch seine Konstitution nicht mehr von solch albernen Dingen redet wie von Seele und Geist, sondern „gesund“ redet von den Kräften, die in Maschinen und Chemie leben, die im Weltennebel Planeten und Sonnen konstituieren. Das wird man durch körperliche Prozeduren herbeiführen. Den materialistischen Medizinern wird man es übergeben, die Seelen auszutreiben aus der Menschheit.“

.The time will come — and it may not be far off — when quite different tendencies will come up at a congress like the one held in 1912 and people will say: It is pathological for people to even think in terms of spirit and soul. ‘Sound’ people will speak of nothing but the body. It will be considered a sign of illness for anyone to arrive at the idea of any such thing as a spirit or a soul. People who think like that will be considered to be sick and — you can be quite sure of it — a medicine will be found for this. At Constantinople the spirit was made non-existent. The soul will be made non-existent with the aid of a drug. Taking a ‘sound point of view’, people will invent a vaccine to influence the organism as early as possible, preferably as soon as it is born, so that this human body never even gets the idea that there is a soul and a spirit.
The two ph ilosophies of life will be in complete opposition. One movement will need to reflect how concepts and ideas may be developed to meet the reality of soul and spirit. The others, the heirs of modern materialism, will look for the vaccine to make the body ‘healthy’, that is, makes its constitution such that this body no longer talks of such rubbish as soul and spirit, but takes a 'sound' view of the forces which live in engines and in chemistry and let planets and suns arise from nebulae in the cosmos. Materialistic physicians will be asked to drive the souls out of humanity.

I have told you that the spirits of darkness are going to inspire their human hosts, in whom they will be dwelling, to find a vaccine that will drive all inclination towards spirituality out of people's souls when they are still very young, and this will happen in a roundabout way through the living body. Today, bodies are vaccinated against one thing and another; in future, children will be vaccinated with a substance which it will certainly be possible to produce, and this will make them immune, so that they do not develop foolish inclinations connected with spiritual life — ‘foolish’ here, of course, in the eyes of materialists.
